Has anyone else had their baggage lost this week by klm?
We flew back to uk on Wednesday with a connection in Amsterdam. Arrived at our destination without any of our bags or our pram. In fact they said only 23 bags had been on the plane so the majority of the flight didn't get their luggage. We are not 5 days later and they still don't seem to know where our bags are. And it seems to be impossible to actually find a number to talk to anyone about it!
