Wow ish holiday with teens next summer

Next summer hols my DD will have just done her A levels so we would like to do something a bit different holiday wise with her DH and DS 13.
We have always done all inc apart from a
trip to NYC this year.
We can only go in school hols and not till summer cos of exams.
Budget around £8k.
Any ideas?

Best trips we've done with teens under £8K:
Vietnam with Intrepid travel. Its cheap when you are there and so your money goes further.
Iceland - more expensive once you are there but good adventures- white water rafting, horse riding, ice tubing, skidu's.
Sri Lanka - again cheap once you are there. Combined a safari with travels around the country and a beach break.

you'll struggle to do a Disney cruise for 10 days for until £10K. We've cruised Alaska and yes, its in budget, but all the trips to see bears, whales, husky sledging etc for 4 people will easily add £££ on top.
