Suggestions for an Oct holiday with a toddler

needing some inspiration for a sort break 4/5 nights with my 3 year old. My husband has to work so it’s just the two of us. Recently visited and enjoyed- Porta Pollencia (Mallorca) Morzine (France) Carvoeiro (Portugal).
Currently trawling the usual airlines for inspiration but thought there might be good ideas on here.

How about a city break? Barcelona is pleasant at that time of year and there’s loads to do with a toddler. 4 or 5 days is just the perfect amount of time.

The canaries. Fuerteventura if he likes beaches.
