If I have the NHS covid pass I don’t need the EU pass (Spain)?

Hi, panicking a tad as I’ll shortly be taking my kids on our first holiday in almost 5 years…

From what I can see the NHS covid pass, on the app, is accepted in Spain and I do not need to get the EU covid pass?

Is that right? And should I get the nhs letter for back up or is the app perfectly fine?

Myself and three teens, they’ve all downloaded the NHS app and they are now waiting on identity/security approval…

Many thanks!

I’m just back from Tenerife. We only needed the nhs Covid passport that comes on the app (NHS Scotland one for me). No need for the SpTH app thingy any more. I was soooooo stressed about getting it all right, but when it came to it only about 1 in 50 people even got checked for Covid passports!

Brilliant, thank you for that - the fear is very real! 😂
