Hi, ive booked to go Crete end of august with my DD who's 4. Dad is on birth certificate & I've currently got a non molestation order against him for DV.
I've just found out that as there's no order to say DD lives with me I need a letter from him which is going to be extremely difficult as since he got served the order he's done a disappearing act.
I've spoke to many solicitors who said I don't need a letter or even knew I needed a letter of consent. And a friend recently travelled with her 10month old with the BC to Spain and never got questioned.
it's panicking like mad over this! Any help / advice is greatly appreciated!!
