Italian Family friendly holiday that is like Ikos!

I'm looking for a holiday in Italy for my family which includes a 3 and 5 year old.

My favourite holidays have been Ikos ones but we can't afford them now we have to stick to school holidays.

My biggest bug bear is cooking on holiday so All-inclusive or somewhere where someone does the cooking is ideal.

I don't mind Villa's, Air BnB type places but a pool is a must as well.

Can anyone recommend anything that is super child friendly?

Not been but possibly Forte in Sardinia? I've been looking for Ikos style places outside of Greece so I'll be following the post with interest.

www.delfina.it resorts in Sardinia. Have a mix of hotel rooms/self catering but you can choose a meal plan for either as I recall.
