Different name on passport and covid passport! Help!

So I've just realised that, although my passport and holiday booking is in my maiden name, my covid passport is in my married name. It says if this is the case to change name with GP, but this is not going to happen in time if I fly on Thursday!

I've searched but can't find the answer. Will I be ok if I take my marriage certificate?

I've looked at doing an anti-gen but the only place near me has last appointment at 1:55 and I won't be able to get there by then. Any ideas?

My partner has the same issue and we've been abroad twice. Both times the Covid pass has been checked at a totally different time to passports so it wasn't an issue and we took his name change proof just incase, but honestly wasn't needed at all.

My GP refused to change my name unless I changed it back via deedpoll 🙄so could only take my marriage certificate but in the end, it wasn't even checked. Worried for nothing!

This makes me feel a bit better. I just want to do the twilight bag drop, and there it says they will need to see passports and covid passports so I just worry they will look at them together!

My GP receptionist changed my name instantly, there and then - I didn’t even have an appointment. And then printed out my vaccine record in my new name. I just took her my marriage certificate - so she could see my previous and new name. Good luck

The problem is I would want to go from my married back to my maiden, which I'm guessing they might not allow?

I had this and My GP changed it instantly it literally took 5 minutes.
