Christmas in Europe

Looking for ideas for a winter break over Christmas in Europe. Have done London several times, don't live in UK. Is there anywhere that you could go without committing to a full week of skiing, would love little villages with some sledding, maybe a day or two of skiing without a weeks commitment. Anywhere else we could think of. 2 adults, 3 teenage boys. Would the Canaries be too risky weather wise?

Amsterdam is lovely at Christmas and has so much going on, on top of all the usual attractions like Anne Frank’s house, This Is Holland, Moco Museum, Nxt Museum etc…

You will have to go high up to get guaranteed snow at Christmas nowadays.

Alternatively you could look at Scandinavia instead.

Thanks you both. Still thinking of canaries
