Last minute gite availability

Hello, we were originally going to camp for two weeks in France during August in either the Dodogne region or Normandy but now considering a gite instead. Can anyone recommend a website which is good for last minute availability for gites? I know we may have left this too late and are still prepared to go camping if everywhere is booked out. There's also www.amivac.com, personally Ibthink it's better than gîtes de France. Will be pricy, thought for August. I've stayed in a little farmhouse with an above ground pool at St Martin de Riberac that wasn't too dear.

If that's for me, thé gîte was called Bellevue, just outside St Martin de Riberac.
