What food should I avoid? I have IBS and so do all my family so we have super sensitive tummy’s, I just need to know the dos and songs donts because I was hugely poorly in India once with e coli

can anyone tell me the foods to eat and avoid. I’m at a hotel with breakfast included, also do I need vaccines?

The food in Thailand is amazing, however I would suggest avoiding street food from stalls.
if it helps you can use the bigger chain restaurants and supermarkets to find food you would usually eat.
market food is similar to street food , delicious but not always prepared / stored in the correct health standard ways.
drink bottled water only and for a well known supermarket use TESCO LOTUS.

As for vaccines I’ve never needed any and I’ve been many times but I’m not sure what’s needed with covid requirements.
hope this helps!

have a wonderful time!

Do a good tour- we did in Bangkok and they gave us so many tips. Ie always rest cutlery one your plate or napkin, never on table as we were told they aren't always often cleaned.

Eat like a local.

Actually, street food is often a safe bet - cooked quickly over a high temperature (just make sure it's freshly cooked and hasn't been hanging around)
I've had lots of time in SE Asia (both living and travelling) and have never been ill (unless through one-to-many beers 😂)
The only place I've ever had food poisoning is Wales....
