Cyprus in October half term?

We're thinking of going to Cyprus at the end of October but want guaranteed sunshine! The websites tell me the average for October is about 26°, but I can't find out if its much hotter at the beginning, which would skew the average.

Has anybody been at that time of year before? I'm happy with about 23° (and wearing a cardigan in the evening) but wouldn't want it any cooler than that.

TIA.

We went last October half term and it was wonderful weather. Consistently 25 ish degrees and definitely beach and pool weather without blistering heat.

Yes already booked ours for October half term 22 We went last year at the same time and it was beautiful 25/26 degrees in the day and warm enough to swim in pool or sea and paddle board etc., You do need a cardy in the evenings but it's lovely Smile

We used to always do Center Parcs in October but have now upgraded to some Autumn sun and wouldn't go back!

We went in 2019 and had sun with mid twenties, cool evenings, unheated pools and a day with rain.

A drive up the mountain meant 10 degrees.

But, it was still a great holiday and we had the same weather the year before in Lanzarote.

I went early November and the weather was great! Still beach and pool weather.

I used to live in Cyprus. It's the perfect time to visit, the sea has warmed up over the summer and the weather is usually ideal.

We went last October half term and it was absolutely fabulous. Very hot & sunny only not for as many hours as during May/June/July/August/September.

If you're restricted to school holidays I think the May half term if the best time to go followed by the October half term.

The Annabelle & The Elysium in Paphos are both amazing- pricey though
