Hi, what vaccination documentation have people used successfully for ArriveCan? We don’t have the original paperwork (I’m actually not sure we got any) so using what we can download from NHS inform (the Scottish site).
However the official looking letter only shows 2nd dose and booster. There is evidence of all 3 jabs on a less official looking page and on the NHS Scot mobile app, but I’m not sure whether screenshots would be accepted?!

I flew to Canada last summer when random tests were a thing, through Pearson. It was super busy, I didn’t see anyone being flagged or picked out for tests. I think it’s something they say will happen but doesn’t actually happen

@OllyBJolly Did you contact your airline regarding your luggage or just Swissport at Edinburgh Airport? We arrived back today from Toronto and 1 case is missing. We flew with Air Canada.

@Hotchocolate19 Did you get a claim number from Swissport? I didn’t and you can’t complete the Air Canada form without it. When I went to the Temp Luggage reclaim a week later they gave me a claim number and I logged the lost baggage with Air Canada later that day. I got a message back saying they are very busy and to expect a reply in 30 days.

I’m swithering about whether to go for another look around. I read they have now moved the temp reclaim to an even bigger hall at Ingliston. news.stv.tv/east-central/missing-edinburgh-airport-luggage-handled-by-swissport-moved-to-royal-highland-centre

@OllyBJolly No, they didn’t mention a claim number. I just filled in a form at the Swissport desk in airport.Why don’t they give you one when you hand your form in?!

Do you think I should go to the desk in Airport for claim number or go to the Ingliston site to see if they’ll give me a number.

I have my name and address and phone number on a tag on the case so you would think it would eventually get here!

There was an older Canadian couple whose luggage didn’t appear and they’re going away on a cruise tomorrow from Leith. I felt so sorry for them.

@Hotchocolate19 It was the Swissport person at the off airport facility (now relocated to Ingliston) who gave me a tracing number. That number allowed me to enter a missing baggage claim to Air Canada.

There were about a dozen on my flight who didn’t get their luggage. Most were travelling on elsewhere so no hope of getting their luggage for their holiday.

(I wasn’t that confident that the form I filled in at the airport went anywhere!)

@OllyBJolly Thanks. I’ll wait until Monday or Tuesday and go to Ingliston. Wish I’d bought the Apple air tags now to put in the luggage. Will definitely get them for next holiday as at least you can track where your luggage is.

@OllyBJolly I went to Ingliston this morning to get my claim number and my case was there.!! Took 10 seconds to find it. Staff were very helpful and organised and had cases sorted into airlines

I have Covid at the moment but might take another run out once I'm clear. (although I have two bottles of Nyquil in my case - could do with them right now!)

Glad you got your case back, @Hotchocolate19 It was pretty organised when I went in the early days. Just couldn’t find my case. The tracking says it’s still in Toronto but it might be worth a trip to Ingliston for a look. Flyertalk says tracking isn’t updated very efficiently.

@OllyBJolly Yes, might be worth looking again. The Air Canada cases were just as you go in the front entrance.
