How to get fast track at Heathrow?

Does anyone know if I can pay to go through fast track at Heathrow Terminal 5 currently? Flying next week with 2 young children and dreading it!

I really don’t mean to be rude but did you even try and Google it?! It’s the very first option on Google!

Ofcourse I did and it says they've suspended online bookings but I've read people on twitter still mention it so I wanted to know if there's another way to book it that I wasn't aware of

I always thought it was booked through the airline not the airport? Surely people mentioning it have either already had it booked when/ if it’s now cancelled or some airlines offer it. Message them on twitter or speak to your airline and see if it’s an add on that’s available.

No, as you've found out already if it's suspended you can't pay for it. The airline can't book fast track for you. Certain passengers may be eligible through their cabin of travel or medical situation which the airline can advise you about if relevant. However travelling with children in the summer holidays is not a unique situation, almost everyone is in the same boat, and you won't get fast track for that reason.

How much is it worth to you? You can always upgrade your flights to business class and get it that way...

Book Business. Then you get it.

As everyone else said- book business class! We ended up doing that because of the access to priority security, priority boarding and lounge access. It is often not that much more expensive short haul if you pick the right flights.
