All inclusive holiday with teens recommendations please

I'm looking for recommendations for an AI holiday with two teen boys 14 and 17/18. We want watersports and possibly mountain biking but latter not essential. I like the beach and DH and kids like watersports. We haven't done a package holiday before and am feeling overwhelmed on the TUI website. Our ideal would be like Mark Warner or neilson but it needs to be AI as the boys constantly eat!! We don't want a massive hotel but big enough so they can meet other teens. Somewhere we could possibly walk into the local village or town but not essential. Greece, Croatia or turkey appeals but open to other suggestions. Budget is £1,500-£1,800 pp pw. Thanks so much😁

Check out Magic Life resorts (they may be too big) but worth a look.
Mark Warner holidays worked for us, could you not go and pay for any meals/beverages not included?

Creta Maris Beach Resort

Aolian village in lesvos was neilson and is now Jet2- there is an option for all inclusive and there is a small village nearby with lots of lovely bars and restaurants on the beach (skala erresos) - Jet2 give the option to dine in the village too - about 10 mins easy walk from the resort.

The all inclusive plus option gives you the dine around and Wind Surfing, Kayaking, Stand Up Paddle Boarding, Pedal Boats and Mountain Biking if you read the small print.

I was there in October when it was neilson. It's a nice spot although the transfer was quite long - not a problem with older teens.
