Holidays in May

DH and I are supposed to be going to Florida next April/May but will most probably be cancelling for various reasons. We still want to go away but can anyone please suggest somewhere we can go short haul that is most likely to be warm and sunny at the end of April or first week of May?

The only criteria are must be by EasyJet (I have flights to use) and must have a reasonable chance of warm weather. At the moment we're thinking Lanzarote but open to suggestions.

I am not checking all their routes but Turkey should be ok. Red Sea? Tunisia? Crete?

I’d avoid the Balearics - we went to majorca in early May this year and had 3 days of cloud/jumper and jeans weather 😕.

Id stick to the canaries or as pp said Morocco/Turkey/Cyprus

Thanks for the replies, I'll have a look. I think the Canaries are probably top at the moment but I'll definitely look at the others.
