We need to get abroad this year, but I'm struggling to find something I'm happy with that is within our budget.

I'm back to thinking about doing a Europe (france?) trip in an apartment / villa and possibly a trip to Paris and Disneyland Paris.

We are a family of 5 - with three teens.
Is Eurostar reasonably priced for 5 and easy to use?

Can anyone recommend a lovely place to stay in / near Paris please?

Thank you 😊

What is your budget? How long do you want to go for?

Honestly I think you are going to struggle this late...

I'm sorry to say that Eurostar is prohibitively expensive now. You should be able to get a return ticket for £70, but I don't know the last time I managed that. Having said that, we always want to correspond with an onward train, so aren't that flexible with travel times. You could possibly find a bargain still if you were really flexible with when you could travel. Although possibly not, this close to the summer holidays.

What’s your budget and how long for? I find looking on VRBO great for finding villas/apartments and it’s got lots of filters so you can narrow down your options. Eurostar is very easy to travel but you’ll need to search on the website to check cost and availability. You might find a package with an operator like EasyJet or jet 2 easier at this point in time if they’ve got availability.

Availability on paper isn’t the same as the flight actually leaving! I would get train to Paris and stay for a few days and then move on to a seaside area. Disney is expensive so I’d cut that out.
