Hi,
Has anyone had this? We have booked to
go to Spain in October. A large resort and I've joined a FB group for holidaymakers to this resort as I had a few questions. On this FB group I've seen a few posts regarding COVID passports being checked on departure, and how strict it is.
Our children are 4 and under and my husband and I are fully vaccinated and boosted.
-I had all my injections in Scotland. They are all visible on the Scottish App.
-husband had 2 injections in England and booster in Scotland.
On my husbands Scottish app only the booster was visible. The GP surgery had apparently lead him to believe that info about the English vaccinations had been imported onto the Scottish system (in order to get his booster) and thus ALL 3 would show on the Scottish app.
Do we now need to:
1.Have my husband download both the English and Scottish apps, to show all three vaccines across the two apps ? Is this likely to cause any problems at departure ?
- Go back to the GP surgery (or Scottish health board) and ask that all info is imported /made visible in Scottish app? Not sure if this is even possible and out GP are horrendous at doing things they say they will, so this could be painstaking.
- Do something else... get a PCR at some point before we travel and show results?
To me #1 seems logical however if one person at departure isn't happy with it then it could all be over !
