Family holidays in Belgium

I have over the years seen threads about family orientated campsites in France. In the past I have been to Belgium on city breaks or to see the WW1 graves as part of school project.
Was wondering if Belgium has similar family resorts like in France or Holland (Duinrell) as it shares a border.

The standard of holiday parks in Belgium is nowhere near as good as France and Holland. That’s not to say they’re all bad, but the good ones are few and far between. Have a look at Landal Mooi Zutendaal and Park Molenheide.

Look at Centreparcs, Landal.com and Roompot.com. www.vacansoleil.co.uk/mobile-home/belgium/ Vacansoleil has a few. There are a lot of mobile home parks on the coast and chalet type places in the Ardennes where there are lots of caves and animal parcs. www.lacsdeleaudheure.be/villages-de-vacances

We've never camped in Belgium (just used air bnb and Center Parcs) but we stayed in a great campsite a few minutes over the border in the Netherlands called TerSpegelt. There's a whole range of accommodation options from pitching your own tent, pitches with private bathrooms, safari tents, static caravans etc. It's also ideally located for Beekse Bergen Safari Park and Efteling.
