I am a grandfather. We have just had the worst overseas trip. Passports (stolen/lost} Went to Embassy Japanese. Told "nothing we can do". We have 2 Invents. What is the point of the Embassy? We have all got gotten back to Japan but with hell. The I called the British Embassy. All I was told. this isn't an emergency. So all children around the world are not an emergency.
