TUI Kids Clubs

We have an all inclusive TUI holiday booked for abroad and I know that there is a kids club at the resort. I'm finding it near impossible to find any information on how booking this works. Can anyone shed some light? Is it a first come first served thing on the day? Do you book everything on arrival?

While I'm here also curious to know if it's really difficult to find a space or you generally find it's ok. My impression is it's a couple hour sessions at a time?

Any experience of them in general much appreciated!

Depends on the resort. In the past it was usually turn up before the session to sign up, so if it was school holidays you had to get there early.
When we went at Easter it was via an app. You could book on the day before. Spaces filled up fast so you had to be ready with your phone to book on as soon as they were released on the app

I'd recommend joining the Facebook group for the resort you're staying at and they will be able to give all the info

You book on the app 24 hours before each session. You can either book morning or afternoon for two hours. If it’s very quiet they sometimes let you book in twice. But we found one was perfect.

Children really enjoyed it.

I've just come back but been on a lot of the TUI hols witb kids club.
If it's a TUI blue hotel there is a TUI blue app and you book the kids slot the day before the sessions. Sometimes if they have spaces you can turn up but from my experience I had an alarm set for 4.58pm each day (booking opened at 5 and by 5.05 it was fully booked.
My lo loved it
