Lake Garda

Children are 12 and 10, also going with DH's parents. We're staying in Garda itself. Any recommendations, must dos, avoids?

We went years ago, lovely place. Taking the boats all around the other parts of the lake is good. Iirc the local buses are good too. And we had enormous fun in pedaloes.

Boat or bus to Malcesine and up Monte Baldo. Sirmione is a nice short trip by boat for ice cream and a bathing beach. Villa and Gardens on Isola del Garda. Verona if not too hot.
