Transfers from Naples Airport to Sorrento

Looking for suggestions for companies that offer transfers from Naples Airport to Sorrento.
The company I usually use are getting terrible reviews, so looking for alternatives.
I'm hoping for recommendations of a reliable company you've used before, trouble free?

There is no possibility of hiring a car, as I'm just too nervous!

I went by train into Naples itself and then the Circumvesuviana local train network to Sorrento. Alternatively, there is now a bus shuttle from the airport that goes along the coast.

We did it the other way round. Travelled from Sorrento to the airport. Was pretty easy - train from Sorrento to Naples (had a trip to Pompéi on the way as it’s on the same train line) and then jumped on airport bus . What time of day are you travelling and do you want to have a private transfer?

Jennywren1975 · 24/06/2022 11:38

Our flight arrives at 18.15 and the departing flight is 9.35 am. Allowing 1.5 hrs for travel and 2 hrs pre departure, we'd need collected at 6 am.
I think I'd prefer a private transfer, especially as we have an early morning flight back.
One of our party is a worrier, and I'm arranging the holiday for her special birthday, so I feel I need to make it as stress free as possible.
I've had a reply this morning from a quote I requested and the company is quoting €130 each way and an additional 10% for early/late pickups.

I did briefly look at getting the bus from outside the airport, but we'd have to make our way from the drop off to our apartment at 8 o'clock at night and I think this would be too stressful

I used Transferelax last week. It was €95 each way. They were highly recommended. Drivers were lovely and on time.

They collected us at noon for a 3.45 flight. We were in loads of time but they recommended that to allow for traffic which can be mental

If you're staying in a hotel would they be able to arrange something?

I was just scrolling through my old Tripadvisor reviews to check as it seemed so coincidental as we used Transferrelax as well and they were excellent, highly recommended. We'd read all these horror stories about people getting pickpocketed on the airport bus, so felt a transfer was worth it, plus the driver pointed out places of interest to us.

Try www.aptours.it, we travel to Italy regularly and have always used them. Service is outstanding and you can pay in sterling!

Think you have to ask HQ to advertise your own company.

Another vote for Sarah from Ap tours she is so helpful !

I highly recommend Enrica and Salvatore

They did our airport transfers for us, plus a trip to Pompeii. At Pompeii we were there when the gates opened and had our own private tour guide (who was fabulous).

I came across them as two of my friends had also used them a few months before.

Thank you all but this is an old post. We have already been on the holiday in 2023.
