I have just had to do three passports for the family
One for me for a name change: got married & years ago and didn't do it yet. Passport also expired. All back here within sort of 8 weeks
One for my baby, just born in March. All back here
One for the 6 year old who needed a new passport: this is the one that hasn't been returned yet. Portal said all docs received. An email said we need your documents. Log into portal. All recieved? Texts arrive asking for documents. Portal still says all recieved.
Called them: it was an automated line and it said all documents recieved pleased wait and don't call back basically
Last night text message to say application cancelled!!!! We go away August I need it ASAP and I am really stressed. I also don't have the money to waste!
How do I speak to someone at the passport office, not a robot?? Please help me
