Finally think I’ve found a week for DH and two 18 year olds in Mallorca but it’s a week later than I wanted because of dithering ! Last week in sept Weather still good then ? Travel agent says mid 70s which is fine
ticks the boxes of being walkable to beach and town so freedom for kids

We went in October half term last year, was changeable weather wise, but managed to swim in the sea a couple of times. I'd say September will be lovely.

I would much prefer late September than the summer, the water is still very warm but the heat is not infernal.

We went in mid-October and it was lovely most of the week - had a couple of overcast days but most were hot, proper beach days.

You might get a week of full sun, however you might get a stormy week. We’ve been to Majorca and Mallorca in September and have had both. If it’s stormy it does tend to blow over quite quickly.

We've holidayed in the Med at that time of year quite a lot.

There is a fairly reliable storm that blows through some time between mid September and early october, but it's generally over quite quickly and fairly short lived. Sea usually still reasonably warm.

We've generally had 5 days of nice weather but not always hot hot, so quite pleasant really and then a day or two of storms of varying intensity. You might see some spectacular waves and localised flooding if you're around when it happens.

September is fine usually and the sea is still pretty warm. You might need a light jacket/cardi at night

Was there in October last year and it was just warm enough to lie in the sun during the day most days.
