Sun Transfers

Anyone used SunTransfers for airport pick ups and drop offs? (Specifically Faro). Are they reliable? Also, I've looked at booking online, and I might be a bit slow, but for the return journey back to the airport do I put in the flight departure time or the time I think we would need collecting?!

Hi - yes we did from Faro last month, we have used them before but this time none turned up to pick us up (You are told to wait outside Vodafone at the airport so a bit away from the main onslaught of drivers holding boards). We had to wait 20 minutes or so, I'm not sure what happened but it wasn't inconvenient really. I want remember how my husband booked the return but I think you need to put in what time you need collecting. Have a lovely time - Where are you staying?
