Somewhere less than three hours from Uk

Looking for a resort recommendation with a hotel recommendation also if possible please that fits the following criteria:

No more than 3 hours from UK
No more than 45m transfer
Hotel with separate bedroom for adults to children (not a double room / studio)
Doesn't have to be the liveliest of places but a few things to do such as harbour boat trip or nearby places to explore
4 star ideally or a really good 3 star

Tavira in Portugal is lovely. It's not far from Faro airport. It's got a new town/old town separated by the river and there's a taxi boat to take you to the beach (which also has a selection of beach bars/restaurants. Don't know any hotels though as we booked an apartment.

Oh it also has a train station so you can go for trips out to other resorts along the coast.

Royal son bou family club in Menorca. Haven't stayed at this hotel but has been on my list to try and reviews are good.

2 hour flight. It's 25 mins on the bus to Mahon.

Majorca. Resorts close to Palma
