Entry requirements for Spain if fully vaxxed and travelling late June

DD is off to Spain in about 10 days and we're just trying to work out what she needs for entry. All her vaccinations were in the UK.

Is just the NHS Covid pass for travel from the app enough, or does she have to do the SPTH form too and generate the QR code?

Shameless bump because I'm still confused by this

I just got from Spain. NHS app is fine. To be honest they didn't even check. I just had to show it to Ryan air when l checked in

Thanks that's really helpful to know.

We have a place in lanzarote and have been backwards and forwards a lot recently. Have the covid nhs vaccination app on your phone. You don't need anything else now - passenger locator forms etc are done away with. Just like PP said, they rarely check now.

I have a 12 year old DD unvaccinated, I think I need to take her for a test before we go? She had covid in April but as they'd stopped doing PCR's I have no evidence.

DP is double vaxxed within 270 days, no booster, think that means he is ok? Where do you print the certificates from?

I have a recovery pass on my nhs app so I'm sorted at least!
