Meant to say, budget is around £400 for accommodation and food and activities but excluding transport.

Are those places you’ve been or places you’re considering?

Writersbloc · 12/06/2022 11:31

Sorry, places I’m considering, but have also been to some of them before but not alone.
I’ve looked at flight prices, train prices etc, and accommodation and narrowed it down to where is a good fit.

I’d try to work out which might be least manic given that it will be the school holidays. So not Tenby.

Writersbloc · 13/06/2022 10:04

Yeah, you may be right about Tenby! I’ve gone for a uk hotel and train package for three nights.

Which is your closest airport/ train interchange?

Jersey is lovely, BTW. It has an excellent bus service (and ebikes), so it is easy to whizz about. Accommodation is a limiting factor, so beaches etc are never too busy.

I think I'd spend an hour on websites like Travelzoo/Late Luxury to look for a package.
