Covid test /zoom observation test for USA

We are travelling to US the beginning of July, I just read on another thread about this zoom observation test, its the first I have heard of that possibility.

Can someone explain to me how that works please, do you book the zoom appointment with a testing lab in the UK ?

My test kit has literally just arrived from Chronomics for a video supervised test to do on Tuesday
