What resorts would you suggest from this airport ? Preferably not Benidorm type resorts 🤣

Anyone ? Looking for something a bit more tame than what I think Benidorm would be like.

Calpe is nice, about an hours drive from Alicante. Two lovely beaches and doesn't cater for the €1 a pint crowd.

Xabia is lovely and not built up at all. It really depends on what you're looking for though.

Personally I don't mind Benidorm, there's lots to do and the beaches are great. It's big enough to avoid anything you don't enjoy.

I remember Calpe being gorgeous, we rented a villa there years ago.

I agree with Calpe & Javea, but also add Moraira & Denia.

Villajoyosa beautiful little town excellent access to tram for travelling up and down the coast.
Fabulous beach and a few restaurants very quiet.
