UK caravan or similar activities for 13 yr old

DS has always enjoyed going to Hoseasons, Park Dean etc caravan sites, but now 13 is getting very bored as activities mainly geared towards younger kids, can anyone recommend somewhere that caters for early teens? Thought about Center Parcs but they had a lot of negative reviews from so many people on another thread.

otherwise why not pick an area with lots of activities you could go off & do each day & stay in an AirB&B or cottage?

I know you said that he’s growing out of Parkdean resorts, but have you ever been to Warmwell? It’s got a dry ski slope so he could have skiing or snowboarding lessons. It’s also got hoverboards, drone flying lessons, a high ropes course, bowling alley and a VR experience.
