Has anyone been to Portugal from Scotland recently? Can you please help me out in clarifying what the rules are in regards to PCR testing, face masks etc?

I should add we're fully vaccinated (with booster too)

No testing required to go to Portugal provided you’re fully vaccinated.

Do take face masks though and your vaccination certificates. My partner flew there two weeks ago and had to fill in a passenger locator form but that was it.

Thank you! We're fully vaccinated plus booster but when I tried to do the PLF online they seem to have been abolished just now

PLF has been abolished, take proof of vaccination.
Masks still required on public transport; hotel staff wear them but not required for guests.

The covid situation there felt pretty much the same as here. No mask required except on public transport when everyone wears them and it is enforced. Apart from that we saw very few people in masks. Everything is back to normal with no social distancing or anything like that.
