Passport photo

Hi,
just wondering if anyone can advise me about the passport photo. I have just received my sons passport and the top of his hair on the photo has been cut off. It just a bit but you can’t see the top of his head. I have called the passport office twice and being told differently, one lady said it might be an issue, the other one said that’s fine, as it have been approved before the printing. Just wondering if anyone has the same in theirs or kids passport. We are due to fly soon, but I’m so nervous and anxious about that.

Hi, I've just received my lo's passport and the very top of his head has been cut off too. I contacted the passport office and one person said it would be fine and another didn't really give an answer and said if you think it's a mistake send it back with a new application form. I'm just wondering if you managed to fly okay or had to change the photo in the end?

Mine is the same and it was fine, both to issue the passport and then fly. Apparently it's the face that's the important part not the hair.
