I am going away with friends (airlines permitting 😗) to SW France in a few weeks, staying in Bordeaux and Sarlat. We are all child-free and love food, and would love to eat some gorgeous meals. I know it's a bit like asking for the best churches in Rome, but can you recommend anywhere? I used to have the Guide Routard as my bible for finding smallish but excellent places, but they've stopped publishing their restaurant guide.
