Ibiza for a young family?

Planning a holiday for the end of June for myself, DP and DS who will be almost 9 months by then. I fancy Ibiza as it's a short flight but not sure on which resort (even after spending my evening researching I still don't feel any further forward)! We just want something fairly relaxing to spend our days either at the beach or the pool and somewhere we can go for nice walks with the pram. Will be going AI but would still like bars with entertainment to go to on an evening. Any suggestions? Would Es Cana for the bill?

Tenerife is an option too, but which resort would be best suited to us?

Open to any other suggestions too.

I love Cala Longa in Ibiza. Took DD when she was 1 year old. Really quiet town, nice beach, play park, few shops, everything close together. They also have a big hippy market once a week which brings people in and something to do. Good bus service to go further out as well.

If you're looking for a short flight I'd recommend Majorca. Flight time 2-2.4 hours, lots of family friendly places. Pollenca definitely fits your brief, we are here right now! It has a clean beach and lovely places to eat, play areas and toilet facilities all along the beach. We are staying 10 mins away by car in a small villa.

Seconding Cala Llonga in Ibiza here. Or Portinatx at the tip of the Island. Have had many lovely family holidays in Ibiza

Lots of resorts in Majorca that I was looking at seemed to have too long of a transfer time (1hr 45-2hrs). I did really fancy Palma nova aswell but there is barely anything all inclusive available for when we are going apart from one which on a steep hill which would be a PITA with the pushchair.

santa eulalia in ibiza is lovely. Family friendly, large beach, quieter than San Antonio or ibiza Town.

Holiday village or Tui Blue in Ibiza, 20 minute transfer, perfect for kids

We are headed here - well, to the Tui magic life in Cala pada which is very close by. Good reviews and there’s a bus outside the resort which goes to SE.

I adore Ibiza, and we've been lots. Any of the resorts on the west side are all fabulous. Es Cana, Santa Eulària, Cala Llenya and Cala Llonga, are all lovely. I'd go for any deal you can get, to any of those places, for a reasonable price.

My cousin took her family to Es Cana, said it was lovely for families. Menorca is really lovely too.

I took Dd 3 and ds 10 weeks to ibiza and had a lovely time.

DD Is now 16 and me and her are going to ibiza (san Antonio) for 5 nights after her GCSEs

Thanks all more hotel choice in es Cana than Santa Elulia, just worried it might be a bit boring? Is there plenty places to walk?

Cala llonga has a beautiful very gentle shelving beach. Very much a family resort.

I've had so many holidays in Escana both as a child and an adult that I've lost count!
It's perfect for a family holiday.
Things to do:
Boat trips to Santa Eulalia and Cala Llonga
Land train that runs trips to other places of interest and local beaches
The weekly hippy market
Walk to the Cala Nova beach through the pine trees.

There's plenty to do for a week and some of the bars/restaurants are right on the beach which is great in the evenings as the little ones can play on the sand whilst you drink sangria!

We usually go in May half term as it's quieter and the temperatures are warm without being too uncomfortable.
I can recommend the Miami hotel for all inclusive. It's right on the beach.

I agree. Es cana is fab. We've been a lot and tried loads of other places but this is our favourite. There is a little fair in the evenings for the dcs. The ferries from here take you all over the island, Ibiza town, St. Eulalia and even Formentera, the smallest Balaeric island. We also love the Hippy Market. Lots of lovely restaurants too. We are going to Es Cana in July and I can't wait

Just back from a week in es Cana and we a lovely time! Perfect for us, now suffering with a bit of holiday blues 🙈

TUI Blue Aura in Ibiza - highly recommend it and perfect with young kids.

Also, not sure if you watch Liza Prideaux on YouTube but she's done a vlog of TUI Magic Life in Cala Pada, Ibiza which also looks really nice
