Aznerak - seen this one before - but looking at August and it is fully booked.

That is a shame - the villa is very popular and has repeat visitors now which means that the school holidays get booked up very early - my parents have already had some enquiries for school holidays 2009!

Go direct to the main French gite site www.gites-de-france.com (in English). Choose 3 "ears of corn", or 4 if you can find it, and you'll be fine. I've used them loas of time, both online & phone bookings, both have workd fine. Also much cheaper then alot of UK operators.

This is in the Aquitaine. Other area but maybe just what you are looking for.
