Any suggestions of easy cycling routes, avoiding busy roads - possibly with a guide taking luggage for us (but not necessarily)? Any must sees? Kids are 12. Thanks!

You could do part of this perhaps www.dutch-biketours.com/cycling-holiday-with-children-south-holland

to the west there’s a town called Sluis.
easy , completely flat ride via Damme to Bruges ( in Belgium )
( we’ve done it the other way ).
I know you said Holland, but we’ve also had a good day cycling around Ypres visiting the war cemeteries, and visiting the Menin Gate at 8pm for the Last Post.

We stayed at a campsite with a pool and did lots of cycling from there around the tulip fields near Keukenhof - have a teenager not overly keen on cycling but enjoyed. We did 20+ miles.
From there you could cycle to the beach and all through the dunes.
Also train station was near enough to cycle to and massive bike storage for trips elsewhere.
We hired bikes from campsite, not very expensive but good Dutch bikes.
