Holland entry requirements

I'm pretty confused. I looked on the UK and Dutch govt websites. UK is in some kind of travel ban with exemptions? One exemption listed is over 12s who are fully vaccinated. But there is no mention of under 12s - does that mean they can come even if unvaccinated? Or they are not allowed in because they're not specifically listed as an exemption?

This says under 18s travelling with fully vaccinated parents are allowed to travel there

Thank you! I think my brain must have glazed over by the time I got to that bit.

We have just got back today. Under 18s can travel unvaxinated. The rule is meant to be vax for over 18s but we weren't asked about it at all. I think, from speaking to others, it's pot luck if they ask you now.
