FCS Form for Spain?

Due to go next week to Majorca and not sure if I need to complete the FCS form or whether this has been dropped now? Thank you

If you’re fully vaccinated you don’t need to. Under 12s also exempt. Unvaccinated 12-17 year olds are not.
