Isle of Wight - holiday home?

Does anyone have a holiday home they'd like to let during August during the first or second week?
I can't find anything suitable.

I've had a quick look at Airbnb.
There are quite a few nice properties in good locations.
Prices are not too bad. (The odd really expensive ones) but most are ok.

I have family there and I'm really familiar with the island. Happy to answer any questions.

Due to Airbnb the rental market has decreased on the Island by 87%.

Locals have nowhere to rent and the local council are inundated with people who have nowhere to live. The properties that are around to rent are silly money.
