Where to go for the quintessential Provençal experience?

I’m thinking rolling hills, lavender fields, a gorgeous stone villa, shopping at the market, beautiful bistros… etc.!

Where in Provence should I go?

The Luberon and Aix en Provence. But I’d also take trips to Arles, Avignon and Cassis if you can. In fact a road trip would be my choice!
