Oliver's Travels?

We are looking at booking a villa somewhere for next Easter...does anyone have any experience of Oliver's Travels?

Used them once! Was fine, not much to report. They let us know in advance that there was no one available to put the welcome hamper there (was free with booking), and were v apologetic and posted it to our house in the UK when we got back which was quite nice.

Horrendous. Refused Covid refund in first lockdown despite borders being shut and flights not flying. When we gave them 1 star they offered a full refund if we changed our review to a positive one!! Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole going forward. Ever.
