Manchester Airport - Fast track or priority lane?

We are flying out of Manchester Airport T3 in a month, and obviously dreading it because of the queues. Our holiday booking includes fast track; which is nice. However, the rules for Manchester Airport state that if you take a buggy through security you can't use the fast track lane and have to use the priority/accessibility lane instead (which in normal times used to also be a 'faster' queue).
I could check the buggy in at bag drop rather than take it through security; which means we could go fast track. But which one is better? Fast track or priority/accessiblity lane? Does anyone have recent experience at all?

We flew from Manchester 2 weeks ago, I was absolutely dreading it! I had the same dilemma as wanted to book fast track but couldn't because we had a pram.
We flew from T2 early in the morning, we were directed to the priority lane which was much quicker than the normal queue, although the normal queue wasn't actually that bad. We were through security in about 25 minutes, would have been quicker but DDs bag was stopped for a check because she had put something in that we didn't know about! Otherwise would have been 5 mins.

That sounds reassuring thank you for your response!
