Two passports applied for, first one left when I was out. Second one delivery attempted then returned to sender. Waiting on a call back from passport office. All I want to know is if they have it and can the resend it. We fly in 5 weeks - holiday of a lifetime no refund. Anyone have similar experiences of a passport that has been returned. And I know with hindsight I maybe should have done things differently! HELP!
