Cunard cruise and vaccination proof

Hi all - I will be calling Cunard tomorrow about this but wondered if anyone had any useful insight. I’m going on a cruise with my mum (in her 80s) on Sunday. She doesn’t have a smartphone and has only just realised her NHS Covid pass letter has an expiry date (expired several months ago) I am working on getting her a pass on a spare smart phone, but just in case I can’t get it in time, I wondered how much attention is paid to expiry dates on these letters? Does anyone know? Thanks

Not sure how much attention they’ll pay but I’d not risk it. If she can log into the NHS app, she can do that on your phone and get the pass sent by email so it can be printed off.

Thanks - I’m struggling to get two NHS accounts on one phone. Looking to dig out a spare smart phone to see if we can do it that way.

The expiry is for the QR codes, not the proof of vaccination. The letter is still valid proof of vaccination, byt the QR codes wont be scannable (data protection). We were fine two weeks ago with my son's.
