Passport application - no confirmation email

Hi, I've been busy panic applying for new passports for my kids today. I've had emails through confirming two out of three - but the last one I haven't had a confirmation for (therefore no ref number either). The payment has shown up on my bank account though. Has anyone else had this?! Not sure what to do... TIA

Hi, I had the same problem when booking 7-day fast track appointment, I have been phoning them for 2 weeks they keep taking my detail and saying Ill get a callback. I finally got through to someone who kept me on the line until they had an answer, they have assured me that I should turn up as long as I have my confirmation of payment. Mine is 1 of June I can let you know, if your is earlier please let me know;

What number did you phone toto contact about this has it has just happened to me to, I have 1 conformation email but not the other. thank you

Did you get the email or a text with the PEX number on it?
Did the money definitely go through?
I need to send birth certificates now. Got DDs but don't know where hubby has put his 🙄
Can't send mine as its a short not full one, not paying £11 for full one.

Hi- did you manage to get to your appointment without confirmation? This happened to me. I phoned the passport office 4 times to ask what to do, and each time they’ve said they will email the confirmation but that I’d be okay to turn up without it as long as I have proof of payment

i have had the same problem, payment taken but no confirmation email. Have spoken to passport office on 3/4 separate occasions and all have said to turn up with proof of payment and that should suffice. Am due to go to London Tuesday afternoon for baby no2 first passport. Wondered how everyone has got on in a similar situation?

I have renewed a passport online
i have entered bank details and everything else when I pressed submit it took me back to the start page and it took my money out but I have not received a confirmation email.WHAT SGOULD I DO PLEASE HELP

I had this a couple of weeks ago. I had no confirmation but £180.50 was showing on my bank statement. After online enquiries I was told that my application had been timed out and therefore I must apply again. They said HMPO would not take the money and it was probably just showing as pending.If not then I would have to get in touch with my bank/card provider and then get them to provide evidence they had not taken it and this should be provided to HMPO. Luckily the amount moved from pending and then appeared in my payments but within a day or two it disappeared without my doing anything. I would just apply again unless you are told definitely that the application has gone through. I was told mine had not.
