After last week's stories about delays at passport office, we decided not to send DS's passport form by post and go with the Fast Track service, as we only have 6 weeks until our holiday (eeek!). But despite lots of attempts, the site has either crashed or it is currently saying "Sorry this service is unavailabe - we don't have any appointments". I know we have about a month to resolve this, and hopefully it'll be offering appointments again soon, but I just wondered if anyone else has managed to make an appointment? Maybe I need to get up early when they release appointments? Any tips? Anyone in same boat? Thanks.
