So- long story short.....
Sent off 1 adult and 4 children passports for renewal 27th March.
4 are in hand- all sorted and delivered back within 3 weeks
1 is seemingly stuck in the processing stage and has been since 01/04/22......
Anyone else had similar and if so, how long did it take in the end? We are due to travel end of May 🥺

Mine was stuck in processing for over 6 weeks , very very stressful. I spoke to someone and was told if don't hear anything in 2 weeks then ring back. Sod that I rang 2 days later and got an automated call back option , it was after 8pm i rang as I didn't realise the lines close at 8. Got a call back 36 hours later , they tried to put me through to the processing team and after an hour of waiting I got cut off. Felt even more stressed, rang again after 8 for the call back , got one the next day. Was told it was with the examiner, I said it's urgent I need my child's passport ASA. I received it signed for 3 days later, so they had fast tracked it without me paying for that service. Don't be fobbed off.
