Eurocamp

I’d like some recommendations for eurocamp holidays please!
we’d probably like to go to one in Spain or Italy, and ideally one close to an airport as we won’t be driving. We’ll be going with our two children 5 & 6 y/o so there needs to be plenty to do and see!
also if anyone knows of any other sites that are like eurocamp that I can take a look at?
thankyou!

This thread is a little old now so some of the suggestions may be out of date, but if you've landed here looking for eurocamp holiday recommendations, we've recently updated our best eurocamp sites page with lots of great options, as tried and tested by Mumsnet users. We hope you find it useful. 💐

Union Lido or Portofelice on Italian Riviera. Easily doable with a taxi or bus. Worth looking campsite's own accommodation.

We have stayed in Bella Italia on Lake Garda (no car) and Park Albatross in Tuscany (hire car).

More recently, we stayed in Vilanova Park on the Costa Dora's without a car too.

Would recommend all 3 sites but all better with car hire imho.

We lived Sanguli, such a wonderful site. We drove but I believe it’s close to Reus airport.

Sorry to jump on here and I know it's an old thread, but we're looking at doing Bella Italia in the summer. Just wondering how you get there from the airport without a car? Flights only seem to work from Milan...

We got a taxi. But it woul have bee better if we had hired a car tbh. The taxi drivers are all rip off con merchants in that area of Italy imho!

You get the train or bus from airport to Milan Central Station and then take a train to Peschiera. Should be walking distance from there.

Thank you both! @Meredusoleil I thought about the car but then it's just annoying that it'll be sat there for a week while we're at Eurocamp... feels wasteful! Will check that out thanks @MissAmbrosia
