Luxury all-inclusive recommendations (Europe)

Can anyone recommend any luxury all inclusive resorts in Europe? Location totally flexible.

Would be going for a week with a 3 year old so family friendly would be a must. I'd like a swim up room if possible but not a must have and if they have allocated sun-beds then that would be a winner!

Dreams is opening in Corfu and that looks amazing, but us brand new so no reviews.

Just as an alternative, Insotel Prestige in Menorca have some suits with private pools.

Stella Island it doesn't allow kids but they have the Palace next door. In Greece.

Very family friendly.

We’ve been there with family. It was a bit limited for the three year old. My older children enjoyed it.
